What is included in my FIRST box?
Our boxes change every month, so while it's too late to get last months box, you will receive a NEW designed box for this month! Our boxes ship on the 25th of the month and are limited edition and limited supply so don't wait!
When should I expect my boxes to be delivered?
Our boxes are packaged and shipped out from South Jordan City, Utah on the 25th of each month. Which means, you will be charged each month on the same date that you initially joined the club and expect your box to be delivered right around the first of each month. You will also receive an email prior to your billing date AND the shipment date so you know when to start getting excited!
What if I want to cancel my box?
If you aren't happy, we aren't happy. You are free to cancel anytime - no commitments, no questions asked.
What box should I be expecting next with the Towel of the Month Box - Vintage Edition?
First off, all our boxes start shipping between the 25th and the end of each month. If you join the Towel of the Month Box Club anytime between the 1st - 24th of the month, your order will ship on the 25th. If you order between the 25th - 31st of the month your order will ship on the 25th of the NEXT month.
Which means, if you join the club in May, you will receive the June Box . If you order in September, your first order will include the October Box or if you join the club in December, your first box will be the January Towel of the Month Box. Are there any additional costs involved each month?
Once a month you will be charged $15 + $4.99 shipping to receive your "Towel of the Month Club" Box & Membership. This will include a new flour sack towel + all the other goodies and surprises we include inside each month's box. And don't forget membership inside of our online community and the freebies and member discounts that you now have access to!
